Mauritius (the Company ), hereby announces that, in connection with the U.S.$450,000,000 6.25 per
cent. Secured Notes due 2025 (ISIN: USV2335LAA99, CUSIP: V2335LAA9 (Regulation S); ISIN:
US18684LAA61, CUSIP: 18684LAA6 (Rule 144A)) (the Notes ), it has received a Redemption Notice
(as defined in Condition 6(a) of the Notes) dated July 16, 2024 from the Non-Convertible Debentures Issuer
for a potential redemption of all of the Non-Convertible Debentures (the Non-Convertible Debentures
Redemption ).
