This is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at the Registered Office, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following:

Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2019 along with Audit Report;
Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 along with Limited Review Report and
Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 along with Limited Review Report.

Further in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company has been closed and shall remain closed till November 15, 2019 (both days inclusive).
