Please see attached the revised Form 3 from the substantial shareholder, Lendlease Corporation Limited.

This is a replacement announcement of the disclosure of interest/changes in interest by substantial shareholder(s)/unitholder(s) released on 15 December 2025 (Announcement reference: SG251215OTHRYLH9) to rectify the following clerical errors in Part II - Substantial Shareholder/Unitholder and Transaction(s) Details of the Notification Form for Substantial Shareholder(s)/Unitholder(s) in respect of Interests in Securities:

(a) the number of units acquired or disposed is 10,603,300 Units, instead of 10,603,000 Units;
(b) the deemed interest of the number of voting units held by Lendlease Corporation Limited ("LLC") immediately after the transaction should be 619,674,260, instead of 619,674,560. There is no change in the percentage of total number of voting units; and
(c) LLC is also deemed interested in 56,285,661 Units, instead of 56,285,961 Units.
