Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr Paul Antony Hopkins ("Mr. Hopkins"), is currently serving his probation period with the Company. Following an internal review the Company has decided not to continue his employment beyond the probation period.

There are no concerns with regards to corporate governance, operations, or strategic direction that led to the termination of Mr. Hopkins and there are no disagreements between Mr. Hopkins and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's business operations.

The Company's Sponsor, Evolve Capital Advisory Private Limited, having interviewed Mr. Hopkins, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Hopkins as the CEO of the Company.
