Following the restructuring of Venture's diversified technology domains to form two major technology business groups, Mr Wong Chee Kheong, the current COO, will be promoted to CEO of AMDS effective 1 June 2023. Chee Kheong will continue to lead Group IT and Global Supplier Base Management ("GSBM") divisions. He has considerable experience across different business sectors, from providing leadership to critical product development and manufacturing, leading strategic procurement by GSBM and Group IT function. Having assessed Chee Kheong's qualifications and 19 years of working experience with the Company, the Board and the Nominating Committee are of the view that he is suitably qualified to be CEO of AMDS.

As CEO of AMDS, Mr Wong Chee Kheong will head the AMDS group of businesses which are engaged in the design and manufacture of a wide range of sophisticated electronic products, including products within the Healthcare, Luxury Lifestyle and Wellness domain, Semi-Conductor related equipment and modules, and several other emerging tech domains. Chee Kheong will continue to lead Venture's Group IT and GSBM divisions.

Chee Kheong has been with the Company since May 2003. He is currently the COO of the Group and has been responsible for driving operational excellence and business growth across Venture's key technology domains. In addition, Mr Wong currently heads the Group's GSBM team in strategic procurement activities for all electronics components, electro-mechanical and mechanical fabricated parts. He was also responsible for the Group's critical product development and manufacturing activities in certain domains as well as leading the IT Group in providing SAP, manufacturing execution system services and secured IT services for internal business groups, as well as extending business-to-business linkages with customers and suppliers.
