M&T Investments Pte. Ltd. announces that as of 25 February 2023, which is the applicable certification date under the terms and conditions governing the above-captioned Notes issued by it, the prescribed 2022 GHG Emission Intensity Performance Target of 101.5gCO2/km has not been achieved. Noteholders may refer to M&T Investments Sustainability Performance Report for 2022 previously published for information purposes in accordance with the terms of the Notes.

As a result, an "SPT Step-Up Event" under the Notes has been deemed to have occurred on 25 February 2023 and the interest rate applicable to the Notes will be increased by 0.10 per cent. with effect from the first interest payment date falling on or after 25 February 2023.

As the first interest payment date falling on or after the occurrence of the SPT Step-Up Event is 25 February 2023, the rate of interest for the Notes effective from 25 February 2023 will be as follows:

Class A1 Notes: 2.950 per cent. per annum

Class A2A Notes: 3.752 per cent. per annum
