Additional TextFrom 5PM December 5, 2018 to Delisting, the Depository Bank will grant the grace period for the GDR holders to change their GDRs to the underlying share of the Company

In case any of the outstanding GRDs remains until the expiration of the grace period, Depositary Bank will dispose the remaining GDRs, and refund the GDR holders in cash.
