As part of the ongoing review of the Board composition and the roles of the Board members, Management proposed a restructuring of the Board taking into account the overall strategic direction of the Group. Following its review, the Nominating and Remuneration Committee ("NRC") approved the proposal and recommended that Mr. Ng Kian Guan ("Mr. Ng") to be re-designated from Non-Executive Independent Chairman to Lead Independent Director.

The Board, having reviewed and considered Mr. Ng's credentials and experience, approved his re-designation.
