Response to the SGX Query on 24 February 2026 in relation to the Second Quater Unaudited Financial Results Announcement for the period ended 31 October 2025 released on 10 December 2025 ("2QFY2026 Unaudited Financial Results").

The Company wishes to inform that this announcement is to replace the Management Discussion and Analysis of Unaudited Financial Condition and Results of Operations for the Second Quarter Ended 31 October 2025 ("2QFY2026 MDA") released on 10 December 2025. The Company had inadvertently announced on page 14 the unaudited statement of financial position for the period ending 31 July 2025 instead of 31 October 2025. This revised 2QFY2026 MDA now has the information as of 31 October 2025. Saved as aforesaid, the contents of the 2QFY2026 Unaudited Financial Results Announcement released on 10 December 2025 remain unchanged.
