Cessation of Mr. Sakurabashi Shuji (Mr. Sakurabashi) as Financial Controller of Food Innovators Holdings Limited (the "Company").

Food Innovators Holdings Limited (the "Company") was listed on Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading
Limited (the "Exchange") on 16 October 2024. The initial public offering of the Company was sponsored by PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. (the "Sponsor"). This announcement has been reviewed by the Sponsor. It has not been examined or approved by the Exchange and the Exchange assumes no responsibility for the contents of this announcement, including the correctness of any of the statements or opinions made or reports contained in this announcement.

Mr. Sakurabashi has tendered his resignation to pursue other career opportunities.

Mr. Sakurabashi is currently serving the requisite notice period and his last day of employment will be 5 July 2026. The Company is in the midst of identifying a suitable qualified candidate to replace Mr. Sakurabashi and will make the necessary announcement(s) in due course. The existing CFO, Mr. Masao Tetsura, will continue to oversee the finance function with the support of Group's finance team.

After having interviewed Mr. Sakurabashi and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Sakurabashi as the Group's Financial Controller.

In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr. Sakurabashi, and there are no disagreements between Mr. Sakurabashi and the Company's Board of Directors with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
