Following the expiration of his Service Agreement, Mr. Yukihiro Toda will retire and relinquish his roles as Executive Director of the Group as well as President of wholly-owned subsidiary Uni-Asia Capital (Japan) Ltd ("UACJ") and will remain as a full time adviser to UACJ as part of the succession plan of the Group. Mr. Yukihiro Toda will hand over the position of President of UACJ to his successor, Mr. Takeshi Iritono.
