We hereby inform the appointment of Mr. Lalit Naik as Managing Director & CEO- designate of the Company with effect from December 1st, 2016. The appointment and remuneration is subject to necessary approvals. The appointment is pursuant to Mr. B.K Mishra deciding to relinquish his executive responsibilities as of end December, 2016, who will continue to be associated with the Company as an advisor subsequent to Mr. Lalit Naik being appointed as Managing Director & CEO w.e.f. January 1st, 2017.

Mr. Naik comes to the Company with rich experience. He has successfully led, in Managing Director and CEO roles, domestic and global organizations, contributing to their profitable growth in the areas of Chemicals, Building materials, Agri Inputs & Insulators. He has played pivotal roles in identification and successful acquisition of profitable businesses at a global level and has represented his companies on numerous global business executive committees. He comes with a cadre of well referenced skills in business leadership & management skills and is an IIT Kanpur and IIM Ahmedabad graduate. He joins us as of 1st December 2016 as MD & CEO Designate, from Aditya Birla Nuvo where he was the Managing Director and the sector head of the Chemical Business
