The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited ("SML" or the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the Company's announcement of 21 May 2018 regarding the release by PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk ("BSDE"), a subsidiary of SML listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, of a "Disclosure Information Regarding Potential Affiliated Transaction Related to DIRE PLIN (Plan)" on the potential listing of Dana Investasi Real Estat ("DIRE", similar to Real Estate Investment Trust) relating to PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk ("PLIN") (the "Previous Announcement").

Further to the Previous Announcement, the Company wishes to announce that BSDE has released an "Affiliate Transactions and Information Disclosure or Material Facts Reporting of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk" (the "BSDE Disclosure"). A copy of the BSDE Disclosure in Bahasa Indonesia and its unofficial English translation is attached.
