The board of directors of Dragon Group International Limited wishes to announce that the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited has notified the Company on 2 June 2017 that the Company has been reassessed under the revised MTP rules announced on 2 December 2016. Pursuant to Listing Rule 1311(2) of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST, the Company will continue to be placed on the Watch-list with effect from 5 June 2017. The Company has also been placed on the financial entry criteria watch-list under Rule 1311(1) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual with effect from 4 March 2015.
