IENOVA ANNOUNCES INCREASE AND TERM EXTENSION TO REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT

Mexico City, February 11, 2019 Infraestructura Energetica Nova, S.A.B. de C.V., IEnova , informs that in connection with its existing revolving credit agreement of US$1,170 000,000.00 (one thousand one hundred seventy million dollars) (the Credit Agreement ), it entered into an amendment agreement to (i) increase the amount of the credit line under the Credit Agreement to US$1,500,000,000.00 (one thousand five hundred million dollars), (ii) extend the term thereof from August 2020 to February 2024 and (iii) include JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. and Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank to the lenders syndicate.

The financial institutions that are part of the Credit Agreement are: Banco Santander (M xico), S.A., Institucion de Banca Multiple, Grupo Financiero Santander Mexico; MUFG Bank, LTD.; The Bank of Nova Scotia; Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation; Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A. Integrante del Grupo Financiero Banamex; Bank of America, N.A.; BBVA Bancomer, S.A., Institucion de Banca Multiple, Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer; Mizuho Bank Ltd; JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. and Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.

The funds will be used for working capital, capital expenditures and other general corporate purposes.
