Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ), we wish to inform you that the Board has approved /noted following changes in the Directors through resolution passed by circulation

1. Resignation of Mr. Nagarajan Srinivasan, Non-Executive Non Independent Director of the Company (DIN: 01480303) with effect from close of business hours of June 15, 2021 due to personal reasons.

2. Appointment of Mr. Vibhore Sharma (DIN: 03314559), as an Additional Director (Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f. July 01, 2021.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, is given as Annexure "A".
