Mr Ho Sin Yam Patrick resigned to explore other career opportunities.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Ho for his service to the Company.

Mr Ho is currently serving his notice period. The Company is in the midst of identifying a replacement and will update shareholders via SGXNET in due course.

After having interviewed Mr Ho and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Ho as the Company's CFO.

In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr Ho, and there are no disagreements between Mr Ho and the Company's Board of Directors with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
