Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Wong Han Siang ("Mr Wong") has tendered his resignation to pursue other career opportunities.

After having interviewed Mr Wong and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Wong as the Group Financial Controller.

In addition, there is no concern with regard to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr Wong, and there is no disagreement between Mr Wong and the Company's Board of Directors with regard to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.

Following the resignation of Mr Wong, the Company is in the process of searching and identifying a suitable candidate for the position as Group Financial Controller, and will make the necessary announcement when the candidate is appointed.
