THE OUTSTANDING 9.50% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2021
(ISIN: XS1973241125, COMMON CODE: 197324112)

Eligible Holders (as defined in the Offer to Purchase) who validly tender their Notes pursuant to the Offer prior to 4pm London time, on 16 November 2020 (the Expiration Deadline ) will be eligible to receive for each US$1,000 principal amount of outstanding Notes accepted for purchase (i) US$1,016.25, representing the Purchase Price and (ii) accrued and unpaid interest from and including the last interest payment date up to, but excluding, the settlement date of the Offer, on the outstanding Notes accepted for purchase with payment in cash.
