Pursuant to the recommendation made by Nominating Committee, the Board of Directors, having considered the qualification and working experience of Ms Tan Hong Ean, is of the view that she has the requisite experience and capabilities to assume the duties and responsibilities as the Financial Controller of the Group.

Accordingly, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Ms Tan Hong Ean as the Financial Controller of the Group.
