Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr.Gan Lai Thong (Mr Gan) has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue his own personal interests, with his last day of service being 31 December 2025. The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable replacement and will make a further announcement in due course once a new appointment is confirmed.

The Board of Directors wishes to clarify that Mr Gan's resignation is not related to any concerns regarding the Company's accounting, financial reporting, or internal controls. The Board also confirms that there are no disagreements between Mr Gan and the Board of Directors on any matters that could have an impact on the Company s financial reporting or disclosures.
