Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr. Ho Chor Yau (Mr. Ho) has resigned to pursue other career opportunities.
After having interviewed Mr. Ho and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Ho as the Group Financial Controller of the Company.
In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr. Ho, and there are no disagreement between Mr. Ho and the Company's Board of Directors on matters with regards to practices that would have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
The Board of Directors of the Company expresses its appreciation to Mr. Ho for his dedication and valuable contributions during his tenure with the Company.
Mr. Ho will be serving his notice period until 14 June 2026 and will continue to support the Group in an advisory capacity until 30 September 2026.
Following Mr Ho's resignation, the Company has identified a suitable candidate for the position of Group Financial Controller and will make the necessary announcement upon the appointment of the candidate.
