A. Please find enclosed herewith following:

1. A Copy of the un-audited quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2015 which were considered, approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on February 11, 2016.

2. Limited Review Report furnished by the Statutory Auditors of our Company - M/s. Walker, Chandiok & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2015.

3. A Copy of the Press Release.

B. The Board of Directors has decided to close the current financial year on 31st March, 2016 (for a period of 15 months) to align Financial Year as per Companies Act, 2013.
