Mr Loh Jui Hau, Jeremy ("Mr Loh") has tendered his resignation as Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue other career opportunities. Mr Loh has been working closely with the Group Head of Finance and Management to achieve a smooth transition.
There are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to Mr Loh's resignation and there are no disagreements between Mr Loh and the Company's Board of Directors with regards to practices that would have an impact on the Company's or the Group's financial reporting.
