| Narrative version | The Advanced Distribution is estimated to be between 4.80 Singapore cents and 5.20 Singapore cents per Unit, which based on the mid-point of the estimated Advanced Distribution range of 5.0 Singapore cents per Unit comprises: (i) taxable income component of 3.44 Singapore cents per Unit, (ii) tax-exempt income component of 0.80 Singapore cents per Unit and (iii) capital component of 0.76 Singapore cents per Unit. |
| Taxation Conditions | The tax-exempt income component of the distribution is exempt from tax in the hands of all unitholders. No tax will be deducted at source from this component. |
