Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): Avation PLC ("the Company"), the commercial aircraft leasing company, has completed the sale of a previously announced disposal of an ATR 72-600 aircraft.

The transaction completes the conditional sale of two aircraft which was announced on 13 February 2015 and represents the completion of the sale of the second of the two aircraft, the first of which was announced as completed on 18 February 2015. The sales price is consistent with current market values. The Company's portfolio of aircraft remains unchanged at 29 aircraft, all of which are on lease to commercial airlines.
