We refer to our earlier intimation dated May 18, 2018 and would like to inform that pursuant to the satisfaction of conditions precedent mentioned in the SPA, JSW Steel through its wholly owned subsidiary in Italy, JSW Steel Italy S.r.l., on July 24, 2018, has completed the acquisition of 100% shares each of Aferpi S.p.A and Piombino Logistics S.p.A and 69.27% of the shares of GSI Lucchini S.p.A.
