Reference is made to the (i) USD327,587,000 4.875% Senior Debentures Due 2043 which were issued in April 2018 (the 2043 TC Debentures ), (ii) USD600,000,000 5.375% Senior Debentures Due 2048 which were issued in November 2018 (the 2048 TC Debentures ), and (iii) USD565,000,000 3.500% Senior Debentures Due 2049 which were issued in October 2019 (the 2049 TC Debentures ), all of which were issued by Thaioil Treasury Center Company Limited (the Company ) and were fully, irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Thai Oil Public Company Limited (collectively, the "Debentures").

According to the Company s disclosure to the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) Ref. Sor.Nor.Yor.16/0381 dated 2 June 2025 regarding repurchase and cancellation a principal amount of (i) USD27,230,000 of the 2043 TC Debentures, (ii) USD46,500,000 of the 2048 TC Debentures, and (iii) USD66,500,000 of the 2049 TC Debentures from the open market. The Company wishes to announce that, as of the date of this announcement, the Company has further repurchased and cancelled the following:

1. A principal amount of USD38,287,000 of the 2043 TC Debentures from the open market. As of June 9, 2025, there was USD262,070,000 in aggregate principal amount of the 2043 TC Debentures outstanding
2. A principal amount of USD30,500,000 of the 2048 TC Debentures from the open market. As of June 9, 2025, there was USD480,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the 2048 TC Debentures outstanding
3. A principal amount of USD46,500,000 of the 2049 TC Debentures from the open market. As of June 9, 2025, there was USD452,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the 2049 TC Debentures outstanding

The Debentures are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).

The Company will continue to monitor market conditions and may make further repurchase of its Senior Debentures as and when appropriate. The Company may or may not make any further repurchase of the Debentures in the future. Noteholders and potential investors should note that any on-market purchase of the Debentures from time to time by the Company will be at the Company s sole and absolute discretion. There is no assurance of the timing, amount or price of any repurchase of the Debentures or whether the Company will make any further repurchase at all. Noteholders and potential investors should therefore exercise caution when dealing in any Senior Debentures of the Company.
