On 11 January 2019 ("Effective Date"), Zhang Dai (Executive Director of the Company and a substantial shareholder of the Company) increased his effective interest in Guizhou Zhongyun to 49% (from below 30%), and accordingly, from the Effective Date, Guizhou Zhongyun is considered as an associate of Zhang Dai.
