1. The Notes will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 20 August 2018.

2. (I) The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are BlueOcean n1%211231A and BLUEN21A respectively. The ISIN code is XS1826337476.

(II) The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are BlueOcean n1%211231R and BLUEN21R respectively. The ISIN code is XS1826337393.

(III) The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are BlueOcean n1%211231D and BLUEN21D respectively. The ISIN code is XS1826337559.

The letter 'A' denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Rule 144A. The letter 'R' denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Regulation S. The letter 'D' denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Regulation D.

3. The Notes will be quoted and traded in United States Dollars ('US$'). The Notes will be in denominations of US$20,000 and integral multiples of US$1 in excess thereof. The Notes will be traded in a minimum board lot size of US$200,000.
