On June 11, 2015, the Company entered into a subscription agreement each with Datang and Country Hill in relation to the proposed subscription of 961,849,809 ordinary shares by Datang and 323,518,848 ordinary shares by Country Hill at the price of HK$0.6593 per ordinary share.

The Company has granted 10,804,985 RSUs to Dr. Zhou Zixue, Chairman of the Board, on 20 May 2015 under the 2014 Equity Incentive Plan, subject to the Independent Shareholders approval at the EGM.
