1. The Sukuk will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 20 October 2016.

2. The short name and abbreviated name of the Sukuk are 'TNB Gbl suk3.244%261019S' and 'TNBSUK19' respectively. The ISIN Code is XS1505674918.

The letter "S" denotes that trading of the Sukuk is restricted to the persons specified in Sections 274 and 275 of the Securities and Futures Act (the "SFA").

3. The Sukuk will be quoted and traded in US Dollar. The Sukuk will be in denomination of US$200,000 and integral multiples of US$1,000 in excess thereof. The Sukuk will be traded in minimum trading board lot size of US$200,000.
