Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah), acting in its capacity as Wakeel, on behalf of Cindai gives notice to the Certificateholders that it had, on 16 January 2023 received a notice from BNY Mellon stating that a Certificateholder holding USD3,750,000 in Nominal Value of the Certificates wishes to exercise its Exchange Right (as defined in the Conditions of the Certificates (the Conditions) for the relevant Cash Settlement Amount (as defined in the Conditions) (Exchange). Pursuant to Condition 6 of the Conditions, the Cash Settlement Amount will be paid on or about 21 February 2023, being the Settlement Date (as defined in the Conditions). Accordingly, USD225,942,000 in Nominal Value of the Certificates will be redeemed on its maturity date of 8 February 2023.

All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the same meanings given to them in the Conditions.
