Please refer to the attached announcement relating to the Issue and Listing of the Rights Shares and the Warrants. This announcement replaces the earlier announcement released on 19 July 2024.
This replacement announcement is to amend a typographical error in respect of the number of warrants allotted and issued:
(a) The number of warrants allotted and issued was wrongly indicated as 57,509,492.
(b) The correct number of warrants allotted and issued should be 57,509,479 warrants.
