CLARIFICATION ON ANNUAL REPORT 2020

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd., as manager of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust, refers to the Annual Report 2020 of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust and wishes to clarify that the reference to the value of investment properties in the first sentence of the seventh paragraph on page 11 should be "$6.2 billion" instead of "$6.2 million".
