The Board of Directors (the "Board"), having considered the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and assessed the qualifications and working experience of Mr Toh David Ka Hock ( "Mr David Toh" ), is of the view that Mr David Toh has the requisite experience and capabilities to assume the duties and responsibilities as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
