As at 27 July 2016, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 517,267,066 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares of 42,732,934). After the share buy-back carried out on 12 October 2016, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 516,456,054 (excluding the shares repurchased which were held as treasury shares).
