Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Chong Paw Long ("Mr Chong") was appointed as Financial Controller of the Company on 12 April 2018 and re-designated as Chief Financial Officer on 1 March 2019. Mr Chong has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue his personal interest.

Mr Chong is currently on garden leave and his last day of employment will be 21 May 2024. The Company is in the midst of identifying a suitably qualified candidate to replace Mr Chong and will make the necessary announcement in due course.

The Company's Sponsor, after having interviewed with Mr Chong is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no material reasons for his resignation.
