To pursue his personal interests. Dr Dominic Er was appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company on 16 August 2017 and has fulfilled his duties as the Interim Chief Executive Officer. Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the resignation of Dr Dominic Er as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
