IMPORTANT NOTE - This announcement is to replace, in its entirety, the Omnibus Announcement 2 first issued by the Company on 25 June 2024. To this end, the Omnibus Announcement 2 has been updated to note and clarify that the total number of new shares to be issued and allotted as indicated in various parts of the Omnibus Announcement 2 as well as the Placement Announcement (Appendix 1/2) would include the number of new shares to be issued for the upsized investments of certain investors from the initial round of placements as named therein. A redline version of the Omnibus Announcement 2 appended with only the Placement Announcement (Appendix 1/2) showing the changes made is also included and attached for easy review. The Appendix 2/2 to the Omnibus Announcement 2 remains unchanged.

Omnibus Announcement 2 in relation to, among others:
(i) the Company's receipt of more than more than S$13 million of additional funding commitments (making it a total of more than S$22 million of funding commitments) from a diverse group of astute and reputable strategic investors to ensure strong financial backing for the Company's future growth and operations;
(ii) the Company's earnings accretive acquisition of a majority stake in Prosper Excel Engineering Pte. Ltd.; and
(iii) an update on the strategic collaboration with Lyte Ventures Group.
