Following the announcement of its financial results for the quarter ended 31 March 2016, Olam International Limited wishes to provide the historical Profit and Loss statements (prepared based on Management Discussion & Analysis format) and Balance Sheets for the last four financial years from 2012 to 2015, with 2014 and 2015 financial statements restated in accordance with the amendments to accounting standards SFRS 16 and SFRS 41. Historical Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA), Average Invested Capital (IC) and EBITDA/IC by business and value chain segments for the financial years from 2012 to 2015 as well as EBITDA and IC by business segment for the four quarters of 2015 are also provided in this announcement.
