After LIBOR cessation the new Reference Rates for SMTN 65 will be USD SOFR Spread-Adjusted ICE Swap Rates. The relevant Bloomberg pages are USISOA30 Index and USISOA05 Index. The Final Terms feature fall back provisions outlining that BNS will choose a Replacement Reference Rate in a commercially reasonable manner with no requirement to amend docs.
