Mr Fan Ngee Shin ("Mr Fan") has decided to go into semi-retirement and to pursue personal interest. However, Mr Fan will continue to provide technical advice to the Group as an external consultant for the time being.

The Company's sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, after having interviewed Mr Fan, is not aware of any material reasons for the cessation of Mr Fan as the General Manager (Corporate and Operations) of the Company.
