Further to our previous announcement last Friday, we are sad to inform that the late Tan Sri Dato' Lee Shin Cheng, the Executive Chairman of the Company passed away unexpectedly on 1 June 2019 which the event has overtaken his planned retirement on 3 June 2019.

This announcement therefore supersedes the previous announcement dated 31 May 2019 (announcement reference SG190531OTHRITTH).
