Mr. Yeo Chee Neng ("Mr. Yeo") has tendered his resignation as the Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Board to pursue other interests.

Following Mr. Yeo's resignation, he will be appointed as the advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

After having interviewed Mr. Yeo and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, Provenance Capital Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Yeo as the Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Company.
