This is further to our earlier communication dated August 17, 2016 regarding admission of the winding up petition filed by Tata Capital Financial Services Limited TCFSL against the Company before the High Court of Bombay Bombay High Court by its order dated August 10, 2016 Admission Order . The Company had preferred an appeal before the Division Bench of the Bombay High Court Division Bench against the Admission Order on September 7, 2016 Appeal . The Division Bench had granted a stay on the operation of the Admission Order till the disposal of the Appeal.

We wish to inform you that TCFSL has withdrawn the abovementioned winding up petition filed by it against the Company.
