Golomt Bank JSC hereby announces the completion of the settlement of Reg S Bonds tendered and accepted for purchase pursuant to its previously announced offer to repurchase for cash (the Offer ) a portion of its outstanding 11.00% Senior Bonds due 2027 (the Bonds ) represented by the Regulation S Global Note bearing ISIN: USY27906AA76 / Common Code: 280660779 (the Reg S Bonds ). The Offer was made pursuant to an Offer to Purchase Memorandum, dated May 6, 2026 (the Offer to Purchase Memorandum ), which is available on the transaction website (the Transaction Website ) at https://projects.sodali.com/golomt. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Offer to Purchase Memorandum.
