Mr. Mukesh Khetan resigned as Executive Director & Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company to pursue other career opportunities. Mr. Mukesh Khetan is currently serving his notice period and transitioning his responsibilities to Ms. Chada Anitha Reddy, the Executive Director and Chairperson of the Group. After having interviewed Mr. Mukesh Khetan, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the cessation.
