Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr. Tan Yu Heng ("Mr Tan") has tendered his resignation as the Senior Finance Manager of the Company to pursue other career opportunities, and to facilitate the completion of the proposed acquisition of Metrocon Pte. Ltd. which constitutes a reverse takeover pursuant to the Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist of the SGX-ST, as announced by the Company on 21 November 2025.

After having interviewed Mr Tan and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, RHT Capital Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Tan as the Senior Finance Manager of the Company.

In addition, there is no concern with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr. Tan and there is no disagreement between Mr. Tan and Judicial Managers of the Company with regards to practices that would have an impact to the Company's financial reporting.
