Description(Please provide a detailed description of the announcement in the box below): The Board of Directors (the "Board") of BM Mobility Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that the number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has been increased from 524,412,732 ordinary shares to 526,412,732 ordinary shares by way of allotment and issuance of 2,000,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 2,000,000 warrants at the exercise price of S$0.010 each, on 31 January 2019.

These new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, and are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 4 February 2019.

Pursuant to the aforesaid exercise of warrants, there are 877,367,464 outstanding warrants each with an exercise price of S$0.010 expiring on 13 February 2021.
